Some old favorites and new ones :)
A seasonal favorite: the Winter survival soap from Chagrin Valley soap.
It is released in November for a limited time.
Aveda Chakra "5". I have all the chakras but lately I've been using "5" a lot as a perfume. It has ylang ylang
Anita Grant Coconut Rosewood Dry Oil Spray. I used it mostly on my hair, sometimes on my neck and face.
Darcy's Botanicals Kalahari melon seed oil. I use it to clean my face :)
Darcy's Botanicals Sweet Cocoa Bean curl smoothie cream. The newest addition to her line of hair milks. It is very moisturizing and a little bit goes a long way.
Whipped Pudding from Oyin Handmade. During the winter, I use it mostly as a night face cream and occasionally as a body cream.
MAC 3 N lipgloss. Why was this limited edition? It is such a beautiful nude!
From Ruby Kisses: the big lash mascara and the 24hr Eye Define in 9 and 1. I received these products at the makeup show last year and I am so impressed by the quality. The eye liners don't smudge and stay put for hours!

What I am loving right now..the beauty edition
What I am loving right now..the knitting edition
1) Knitting cowls
2) Spinning yarn on a drop spindle. As I was developing a new obsession...ahem..passion for all things fiber, I wanted to learn how to make my own yarn. I took a spinning class and since then, I try to spin a little bit every day. It is so calming and relaxing because I can't multitask. I am even thinking of buying a wheel.
Meet AJ! Many farms in Indiana sell roving so it is neat to know where the yarn came from :)
3) Knitting for babies and toddlers. Granted that I don't have any, I love making baby clothes. They are just so cute and perfect to practice my seaming techniques, different stitches and working with 2 colors.
I've been working on a sweater for myself since November and after finishing all the pieces, I realized that I am a loose knitter. The sweater is way too big. So I have to redo it all.
In the meantime, I made several baby items for charity and it is so much faster and did I say a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e!
4) Local Yarn bowls...perfect to store notions, needles and ongoing projects in the living room.
5) Learning how to make socks..
6) Joining a sock club! It is a subscription for yarn and patterns :)
For instance the Cookie A sock club also comes with 2 recipes to make cookies :)
7)Last but not least, taking classes and growing as a knitter
