Etsy Spotlight: ScentualSoundtracks

So many products, so much love to give around :)
I discovered ScentualSoundtracks etsy shop through her blog and she is also a reader of Coup de Coeur :)

I was intrigued by the wide range of scents she carries : from essentials oils to fragrance oils and her own blends. I am obsessed with lavender and vanilla and she can customize so many scents so I knew I had to try her goodies.

What also caught my attention is her unique approach to making her bath and body products: by capturing music elements. Each one of her product is labeled with a music partition and I was tempted to pull out my flute and play them.

Here is my haul

Whipped shea butter in Vanilla Ylang Ylang
Spice Cookie Sugar Scrub
Natural Aromatherapy Scent in Jasmine Rose Sandalwood
Organic Lip and Skin Salve
Tranquil Escape soap
and she also included a beautiful thank you card and samples of her coconut cocoa symphony and a salt scrub.

My experience with her products.
Great customer service! Everything arrived fast and I also received a follow up message inquiring if I was satisfied with my order.

  • I love the Jasmine Rose Sandalwood perfume. I feel so sensual and the scent is simply intoxicating! I'll always make sure to have one in my perfume collection!!

  • The organic lip and skin salve is very versatile. I use it as a lip balm, a soothing balm when I get my eyebrows threaded and when I was in Arizona and ran out of hair butter, I used it to twist my hair!

  • I can't get enough of the spice cookie scrub and the whipped shea body butter.
If you love chai tea , then you will love the scent of spice cookie scrub. It smells sooo good that I had to make some tea right after because I was tempted to eat it. LOL

Here's a close look at its texture:

You don't really need a lotion afterwards but since my skin is so dry, I just went ahead and applied an unscented body lotion. The body scrub is not abrasive and a little bit goes a long way.

The whipped shea is divine!!

A little bit goes a long way and the vanilla ylang ylang blend smells amazing and lasted the whole day! The butter just spreads easily and does not leave a greasy feeling. This is a keeper!!

I haven't had a chance to try the soap and samples but so far, I am a happy camper.

Right now, ScentualSoundTracks has a BOGO sale until September 1st so this is the perfect time to stock up or try her line

Happy hauling!
