A while ago on Twitter, I told Silverlips and Seymone that my beauty resolution for 2010 was to wear make up everyday.
How am I doing? well...not very well..
This semester is so intense that I am literarly rushing out of the door late every day. So I opt for the bare minimum..which is nothing..lol...well.. just chapstick..
So this week, I decided that just because the month of January is over doesn't mean I completely failed my challenge. I am hoping to create a very simple look that will help me look put together.
This is what I came up with today:
Face:
nothing in terms of foundation/tinted moisturizer,powder
Cheeks: MAC Eversun beauty powder and MAC on a mission beauty powder
Concealer: Stila Foundation Stick in J
Eyes
brows: MAC stud
base: Urban Decay Deluxe Potion Primer
lid:Stila Borealis eyeshadow duo. I used the rich blue one
brow highlighter: Stila eyeshadow in Go lightly
mascara: Maybelline XXL in very black
Lips
MAC lipgloss in utterly discrete

Hey pretty lady! Glad to see you back! Trust me I understand about running out of the house with the bare minimum on your face. I do that EVERY DAY. This looks pretty and effortless. ;)
Looks good. How long did it take you to put the look together. Lately I have just been tired in the mornings so I sleep in. My quick face has been Styli-Style Line & Seal (brows), MAC Tan Ray (or Bamboom) Paint, Maybelline Great Lash, MSF Natural...takes about 3-5 mins.
If I'm feeling fancy I'll add a crease color and a lip gloss. Takes an extra 2 mins.
You'll get your routine together. You have 11 more months to work on it. Start small, do you have a tinted base so that you'll have 1 step instead of two.
If you find some shortcuts, please share.
