Today was such a beautiful day! Sunny, Spring is in the air
and I just wanted to have box braids. Mind you, I hate to have my scalp exposed!
Plus box braids take forever to put in and the take down is horrible. I used to get them done all the time when I was a teen. As an adult, not so much.
However today, I just wanted them and I have to say I love the way they look!
I think they will be my signature Spring/Summer hairstyle.
I can't wait to set them on flexirods and achieve all kind of curly styles.

I'm twisting my hair right now with anita grant sapote & coconut pomade and sealin with vanilla sandalwood oil.
yummy!!! I run out of my sapote pomade and don't you love the smell of the vanilla sandalwood oil..
Yes Vanilla Sandalwood is my weakness and favorite. I really like the pomade and thank you now I know what to do with it.
