This year I've added 2 additional plots to the ones I had last year.
My biggest motivation is to have enough harvest in order to donate a portion to the plant-a row for the hungry program. I also want to plant some butternut squash and pumpkin and they require lots of space.
I started tomatoes, eggplants and peppers seedlings inside and this week my goal was to expose them gradually outside.
While I practiced for my piano class, I left them outside ....
When I came back, I was speechless....
This is so disheartening!
Last year,I had no luck as I lost all my seedlings to the heavy rains in May...
I guess I will just buy a few plants at the farmer's market this weekend.

hi amina! oh.my.goodness: what happened to your seedlings?!? they look so sad (kinda like i imagine you looked when you saw them...LOL) poor babies...hope you found some to replace. blessings!
