Garden Update (End of May)

Time flies! I can't believe June is almost here.
I've been so busy in the garden planting, weeding and mulching.
So far, everything is growing well...

Here is the corn...

 Some tomatoes....since none of my seedlings survived, I bought a few plants at the Farmer's market

I also had some drama...someone stole my plants twice!! Who does that?

In my CSA box, we've been getting lots of Spring crops such as kolhrabi,green onions,  aspargus, turnips, radishes, kale, spinach, collards, carrots, lettuce and yesterday we had the first zucchini!

I bought a new cookbook "A Midwest Gardener's Cookbook" to learn new ways to prepare these veggies.
