One aspect that I love about the makeup show is having an opportunity to try different brands, swatch colors and ask questions about them.

Laqa and Co Cosmetics carries nail polish and lip pens in a variety of colors with unique names such as Fancypants, Bells and Whistles and Birthday Suit to name a few. There are also a few gift boxes that present a combination of both products.
The packaging features artwork from different artists too.
I meant to purchase two of their red lip pencils Ring of Fire and Bossy Boots unfortunately I got distracted by all the seminars that I wanted to attend. I still have them in my wishlist!
Right now, Laqa and Co is running a fun name your polish competition for their new Fall nail polish until July 30th.
Suggestions can be tweeted using the hashtag #mypolishpetanme. The winner of the competition will be receiving the entire Fall line. Best of luck to the participants!

hi amina! i haven't been to your blog in a while; things are in a slight tizzy at the moment. you sound like you are doing well and are happy. your spun yarns look fantastic! and i know you're happy to finally be getting some produce out of your garden. glad you got to make the makeup show; i'm still hoping that i can get to orlando for the one there in november, although right now it's looking pretty slim. well, prayer has been known to change a lot of things, so i guess i'll just keep on praying!
